How can I become a Parnity Member?

Click here to be redirected to the pricing page so you can start your application for the membership. 

  • Choose your payment method and complete the payment

  • Submit the validation application and wait for it to be approved 


What are the payment methods accepted?

We accept credit cards (VISA or Master only) and bank transfer.


Is my membership automatically renewed?

Yes, we work with recurring payments, the membership is automatically renewed by the end of each cycle.


Can I get a refund?

No, after the payment is effected, no refunds will be given. You will have access to the plan until your cycle is over.


How can I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your plan at any time in your account settings. You just have to click on your avatar, then "Account Settings", and "Manage plan". After that, click on "Cancel".


Can I use pre-paid cards as payment method?

No, pre-paid cards are not accepted.


How can I view my payment receipt?

You can view your receipt in the billing area. You just have to click on your name than "Account Settings", and "Billing".


My payment has been declined. What should I do?

You have to go to the billing area to change your payment method and submit it again for payment. There will be four charging attempts within a week (you will be notified about each failed attempt). After 4 failed to charge attempts, you will be communicated and if in five days the payment is not confirmed, your plan will be downgraded to Start for free.
