Referral Program - FAQ

Who should I refer?

  • Only freight forwarders can be referred

  • Your referral must have decision-making authority on selecting and using a Network of freight forwarders inside their company

 

What is a valid referral?

  • The referred company cannot have an active account with Parnity at the time of the referral.

  • The referred company cannot have been previously referred within the program by you or any other network members.


When is my reward due?

  • Upon submitting a valid referral, if the referred company becomes an activated Parnity member within 45 calendar days after the referral date, the reward will be due.

  • An activated Parnity member is considered a company whose membership payment has been received by Parnity, has been approved in Parnity's validation process and has scheduled their Parnity training session with our team.


How do I receive a due reward?

  • Once a reward is due to be received, you will be contacted by the Parnity’s team to present options for redeeming the reward.

If you choose to receive the USD100 in cash, you must:

1- Have an active PayPal account in your name.

2- Digitally sign a payment receipt sent by Parnity to you.

  • After completing steps 1 and 2, Parnity will transfer the USD100 amount to your PayPal account.

  • The process will be the same and must occur for each new occurrence of a due reward.

Parnity is not responsible for any costs or fees charged by PayPal.

 

Additional observations:

  • The due reward is personal and non-transferable, and the possibility of referring a third party to receive a due reward is prohibited.
