How can I manage my team members' permissions?

It is important to give the right permission to each team member, otherwise, you might prevent them from accessing specific features they might need.

*The "Permissions" field is only available for MyPartners subscribers, however "Manage team" permission is available for all Parnity subscriptions.


How to choose a member permission when inviting them to Parnity?

  1. Click on your avatar and then "Manage team";

  2. Click "+Add new teammate";

  3. In the "Permissions" field, you'll choose one of the three options. Click here to understand what each permission gives access to;

  4. To allow the person to manage the team and invite new teammates, you just have to check the box (it can be combined with any permission);

  5. Click on "Invite";

  6. You'll see a confirmation message.

 



How can I change my team members' permission?

  1. Click on your avatar and them "Manage team";

  2. Click on the "Edit" button of the teammate you want to change the permission;

  3. Select the permission you want to change to, or check/uncheck the box for "manage team and invite teammates";

  4. Click on "Save" to confirm the changes;

  5. When it's completed, you'll see the confirmation message;

 



Giving manage team permission to my teammates

In order to ensure that someone from your team can manage teammates or invite new ones, you have to check the box "Can manage team and invite teammates" once inviting them or by editing them.
