My Member Profile

The company profile is the way you can be seen by other agents looking for a new partner inside Parnity. The more complete your profile is, the better your chances of being found and selected by other members.

What can I add to my company's profile?

• Company info: This is the space that contains you company's main details, such as: name, logo, website, company size, for and a brief description of your company with its essential information. Here you are also able to choose a cover for your profile.

   

  
  

• Locations and contacts: In this area you can manage your offices' locations. You can add all your offices without having to pay any additional fees. In order to have your locations active, they must be validated by our system and you must set up contacts for each topic in each location. • Services: Select the services your company provides. If there's a service that's not on the list, you can add it manually in "Custom service". This is very important because when a company is searching for a partner and they need someone that offers a specific service, they can filter to have more assertive results. 

  
  

  
  

• Certifications: Parnity can validate some logistics certifications, so in case you have IATA, AEO, D-U-N-S or BASC, you are able to request to have them validated and shown on your profile. Click here to learn more about certifications.

   

  

   

• Media: Here you can share pictures of your office, staff, cargoes you have moved, announcements, feel free to be creative. You can also add videos directly from YouTube or Vimeo.

   

  

   

How can I edit my member profile?

1. On the left-hand sidebar click on "MyCompany"

2. Click on "Edit Profile"

3. Inside the edit profile area you can edit all the information you want as well as add new content

Other Members' Profile 

Just like your company, other forwarders inside Parnity have their own profile, which you can access as you navigate through the network. If you get interested in having more information about a particular company you can enter the member's profile and check all the details about this company.

• Member interaction: Clicking on the "..." next to the company's last access you can see some options of interaction with this member.

  Add to MyPartners* - In case you are a MyPartners subscriber and want to add this member as your partner

  Report Deals Closed - Report that you have done business with this member

  Report Issue - Report any issues you are having with this member

• Company main info: The company's main details like name, logo, website, number of employees, since when are members of the network, last access on the network, briefing.

  
  

  
  

• Locations and contacts: The companies' offices locations with address, phone number and pin map, and the contacts responsible for each location and topic that they are responsible for. When you click on a location, the contacts responsible for this locations are already filtered and you can also filter the contacts by topic, such as: quotes, partnerships, financial, operation.
