How do I see the quotes I’ve submitted on Business Hub?

Parnity’s Business Hub offers you the possibility to quote forwarders all over the world and helps you to increase your forwarding business.

 

See all the quotations you have submitted to the requests in a visual and easy way. There's no more getting lost in the thousands of emails you exchange daily.

Visualizing the quotes you submitted

To see all the quotations you have submitted on Parnity’s Business Hub, follow these steps:

 

1 - On the left-hand side menu, click on the “Business Hub” icon

2 - Click on “Quotes Submitted”

In the "Quotes Submitted" area you will see all the quotations you have sent to other agents' requests and their stages: 

  • "Quote Selection" - the request owner is still analyzing the quotes received and will soon give a feedback if your quote was the selected one or not
  • "Final Feedback" - if your quote is the one selected, it will move to this stage, where it's pending the client's final decision in order to proceed with the operation of this shipment together
  • "Won" - you won this business and the both of you can move forward to the operation
  • "Lost" -  this stage means that you have lost the business (it can be for any reason: client declined, quote not selected, request canceled)

3 - You will be able to see complete details of each quote and in each stage (including the reasons of feedback) by checking the details on the business timeline
