Viewing my requests

To see all the requests that you have opened you will only need to follow these steps:

1 - On the left-hand side, click on the icon “Business Hub”

2 - Click on “My Requests”. Inside “My Requests” you will be able to see all the requests you have ever opened on Parnity’s Business Hub and their stages:

  • “Quoting” - business is still open for members to quote
  • "Canceled" - the request has been canceled by your company
  • "Quote Selection" - request is already closed and cannot be quoted anymore, but you are analyzing the quotations you have already received and can select the one you are moving forward with
  • "Final Feedback" - after selecting a quote it'll be pending the client's final approval
  • "Won" - the deal has been won by you and concluded with the selected agent after you've given the positive feedback from your client
  • "Lost" - the deal has been lost by you and by the selected agent after you've given the negative feedback from your client

3 - The requests will be listed in a time sensitive order, meaning that the ones that need immidiate action will be on top, including the expired ones, then the other open ones that are still under the deadline, and then finally the closed ones.
