Knowing that the quotation process is a vital part of the freight forwarders daily tasks, Parnity has developed the Business Hub, a quotation system that was designed to help the members request their quotes in an easier and faster way. It's a very intuitive tool to be used daily by the responsible teams for requesting and sending quotes.
The Business Hub also allows members that are looking for new opportunities to have access to inquiries for them to quote, making it easy for both sides to get what they want.
Where to check the businesses available inside Business Hub?
On the main page “Business Opportunities”, you will be able to check the new business requests open worldwide, and of course, the ones specifically for your location.
In the image below you will see the tab “Entire world” which is where you will see all the current open opportunities on Parnity, and your country, where you will only see the business requests open for your location.
In this session, “Business Opportunities”, you will be able to see the businesses open, and their detailed information in order for you to decide if you will send a quote.
Details of the business open inside Business Hub
To see the request details click on “Check” on the right corner of the business. It will show you the full details of the request one of our members has opened.
After you’ve seen the details of the business request and you diced to send your quote you will click on “Send a Quote” and add the information required to send your quotation.
