How can I add Parnity's stamp to my email signature?

You might be wondering if you can add Parnity to your email signature, right? 

Well, I'd like to tell you that we have made a unique and special stamp that shows Parnity's identity for email signatures, that is how we can differentiate ourselves from other logistics solutions.  

 

Here I'm going to show you where you can find the stamp and how it can be added to your email signature. 


Where can I find the stamp?

The logo is located inside your Parnity account:

  1. Click on your avatar on the left hand side menu;

  2. Then click on "Account Settings";

  3. Click on "Resources";

  4. Click on "Generate the stamp";

  5. Now you have two options, you can create a personalized signature for you, or in case you already have one, you can just click on "or download the stamp and use by your own" and download the stamp

  6. The next step is to add it to your email signature ?



 

How can I add the stamp to my email signature?

 

If you use Gmail as your email provider

  1. Click on the engine ⚙️ on the top right hand corner;

  2. Click on See all settings;

  3. Go to the signature section and choose the signature that you want to add the stamp to;

  4. Select where you want to place the stamp at and click on the Add an image button;

  5. Upload the stamp you downloaded and add the image;

  6. Resize the image if you want;

  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save changes.

  8. Compose a new email to confirm it was properly saved.


If you use Outlook as your email provider

  1. Click on the engine ⚙️ on the top right hand corner;

  2. Click on View all Outlook settings;

  3. On the left size menu click on Compose and reply;

  4. Select where you want to place the stamp at and click on the Insert pictures inline button;

  5. Upload the stamp you downloaded and add the image;

  6. Resize the image if you want;

  7. Click on the blue button Save and close the window.

  8. Compose a new email to confirm it was properly saved.
