Locations and Contacts

The locations coverage are a very important part of a freight forwarding company, that's why unlike other networks, Parnity does not charge extra fees for each office you have inside Parnity. Our members can add all their offices' locations to their Member Profile so that the partners can see their coverage and contact the right people for each topic inside each location. That means you can add your branch offices too, enhancing the business opportunities your company can develop.



Connecting with the right people


In Parnity's Member Profile you can quickly identify the right contacts in each office, categorized by their area of expertise. That means:

  • Direct Access: See a simplified, direct view of contact information for different countries and office locations.
  • Efficient Communication: Eliminate the risk of misdirected contacts, internal forwarding loops, lost messages, and delayed response times.
  • Personalized Management: Easily manage and display your office locations and relevant contacts for each topic in your Member Profile.


When you click on each location, the people responsible for this location will be automatically displayed in the Contacts area. Then you can also filter by topic and see the topics that each person is responsible for. They can be:

  • Quotes
  • Partnerships
  • Financial
  • Operation

 

How to add Locations and update Contacts on my Member Profile?

  1. Go to "MyCompany" by clicking on the second icon of the left hand side menu;
  2. In the "Locations" area, click on Manage;


Adding a new Locations

  1. Click on "New Office";
  2. Insert the office details and in case it's a new country attach the incorporation document;
  3. Select the contacts responsible for each topic (in case someone is not available you must invite them first, click here to learn how to invite teammates);
  4. Click on "Save"



*In order for your location to be active appearing on your member profile and on the search results, you must add at least one contact for each topic

Updating existing Locations and Contacts

  1. Click on the action button according to what you want to do (edit or delete)
  2. Update the information necessary and select the correct contacts for this location
  3. Click on "Save"
