Spotlights: Showcase Your Strengths

Spotlights are Parnity's way of showing the community the members that stand out based on their activities and engagement, and specially by the other members indications. The Spotlights allow the members to:

• Gain Visibility: Be recognized for your strengths and qualities that positively impact your partnerships.
• Make Informed Choices: Easily identify agents who align with your values and preferences, and be chosen by those who value what you offer.
• Stay Informed: Know if you've earned any Spotlight and learn how to maintain or achieve them.
• Explore Opportunities: Explore agents who are currently featured in each Spotlight category. 

Which are the Spotlights? What do each of them mean? How can I get them?

Key Strength

Each agent has a Key Strength as a partner. Your Key Strength is defined by the members who have received and selected your quotes in the Business Hub. They can be:

• Best price
• Fast response
• Quality service

You will only be able to get 1 Key Strength, and it will be one you get the most of.

How to get a Key Strength?

For your Key Strength to be identified and displayed to the entire network, you must quote the maximum number of Requests for your location available in the Business Hub. Each time a requesting member selects your offer, their feedback on the top reason for their selection is taken into account to highlight your Key Strength.

Super Member

A Super Member is a valuable member and understands that when one member succeeds, the entire network succeeds. What turns a member into a Super Member is a high-level commitment to meeting the needs of network partners in the locations they cover. This is measured by the volume and speed of responses to requests from other members, either indirectly through the Business Hub or directly through contacts in the Member Profile.

How to become a Super Member?

To become a Super Member, make your membership count, be receptive to the business opportunities other members have for your locations. Respond to requests from other members through all the connection channels available on Parnity.

Top 10 Popular

The Top 10 Popular are the 10 Parnity Members who have the most partnerships with other members. Partnerships are counted based on the number of times each agent has been marked as a partner by another member in the Business Report plus the number of times a deal has been approved by the agent in the final step of the Business Hub. Each partnership is counted only once and Business Hub deals have a higher value.

How to be at the Top 10 Popular?

The more business you do with agents in the network and the more you build your partner pool, the more likely you are to be among the top 10 members with the highest volume of partnerships.

Top 10 Dealmaker

The Top 10 Dealmakers are the 10 Parnity Members who have handled the most shipments for their clients using the services of other Parnity members. They are the network's true business generators. Closed deals are based on the complete flow of a deal in the Business Hub. From the Request for quotes to the indication that the customer has approved the shipment and the operation can begin. Any Business Hub Request with positive deal flow counts as a closed deal.

How to be at the Top 10 Dealmaker?

Start opening your RFQs in the Business Hub, see how your internal processes and communication with agents become much more fluid, and then become a Dealmaker in the network, one of the highest recognitions a member can have.

How and where can I see if a member has Spotlights?

When a member achieves a Spotlight, they get the specific Spotlight badge that is displayed on their Member Profile and also next to the company name on the member card wherever they appear.

How can I check if I have achieved Spotlights and which ones they are?

In your MyCompany area you can constantly check your Spolights' status. If you achieve a Spotlight, you will see "Unlocked" on the specific Spotlight card, and "Locked" on the ones you haven't achieved yet.
