What is MyRanking and how to start working on it?

MyRanking is the most innovative feature for partnership management within MyPartners. A new concept, which we invite you to know and evaluate how it can speed up the process of assertive quotes made by your team and help you to gain time and avoid any communication problems about which partner should be used in each quote.

The general concept of this functionality is to give you the possibility to determine, in each country of the world, which are your criteria that define the selection of a partner (modal/city/expertise in a specific service or any other). The MyRanking tool has amazing benefits if used to its fullest, such as:

Keep the team aligned with what partner to quote
Organize the partners' list
Rank partners by priority
Centralize the partner's full history in one single place

Well, that's a lot, right? But you only get all these benefits once you use it the best way! And I am going to teach you how to do that! Let's go?

To do this, you must first create your MyRanking of a country. Once you have your MyRanking of one country or all of them ready, remember that each country has its own ranking, you must share it with your team responsible for partners’ quotations.

**Start working on your MyRanking by country**

1. You need to have your partners already added (in case you still don't have partners added, click here to learn how to do it)

2. Click on a country to get to MyRanking

3. Inside the MyRanking page, create ranking list and define which are going to be the ranking criteria for that country, for example: Modal, Region of the country, and type of cargo. You can choose as many criteria as you want. This is personalized for each country, ok?

4. Prioritize the partners you have added to your MyPartners on the criteria list using the GOLD/SILVER/BRONZE concept. After the 3rd one, it will be followed by the 4th, 5th, and so on.

5. Now that you have setup the ranking, your team can easily request quotes to the partners knowing who they must consider for each shipment (in case your team is still not onboard, click here to learn how to invite them to Parnity)

And that's it. Using MyRanking this way, you'll be able to make your partnership management collaborative and your quotation processes faster and more accurate.
