Videos are an amazing way of communicating, you can deliver valuable information in a more visual and easier way for your audience, with either corporate, institutional, or promotional videos. 

Thinking about that, Parnity has separated a space inside each company's profile exclusively for videos. And to be able to insert them in your profile, they have to be uploaded to YouTube or VIMEO. 

Below you see a step-by-step of what you have to do to add videos to your Parnity Member Profile.

Uploading the video to YouTube 

For starters, to be able to upload your videos you must have a YouTube account. If you don't have an account you can click here to create one. If you already have one, you just have to log in to your YouTube account so we can get started.

Now that you're logged in, let's follow the steps below to have your video uploaded:

1. On the top right-hand corner click on "Create" and "Upload Video"

2. Drag and drop the videos you wish to upload or click on "Select Files" to choose the videos.

3. Now you can edit the video - add a title (required), description, etc. Then you have to set the audience for the video, and select "No, it's not made for kids", after everything is set up click on "Next".

4. You can edit video elements and then click on "Next".

5. Now you have to make your video public in order to get more visibility. Select "Public" and then click on "Publish".

6. You'll get the message "Video Published" and then you can finally copy the link to share in your Parnity profile.   

Uploading the video to Vimeo

To upload your video to Vimeo you must have an account. If you don't have an account you can click here to create one. If you already have one, you just have to log in to your Vimeo account so we can get started.

Now that you're logged in, let's follow the steps below to have your video uploaded: 

1. On the top right-hand corner click on "New Video" and "Upload".

2. Drag and drop the videos you wish to upload or click on "Or choose a file" to select the videos from a folder.

3. Now you can edit the video - add the title and description.

4. Your video will soon be ready, just make sure it's in public mode, ok?!

5. Now click on the link button and then click on "Copy" to be able to share it in your Parnity profile.

Adding the videos to your Parnity profile 

After having the videos uploaded to either YouTube or Vimeo, you are ready to add them to your Parnity profile just by following the steps below:

1. Click on "MyCompany" on the left hand side menu;

2. Click on "Edit profile" and go to "Media", then click on "Add media".

3. Select "Video" and paste the link of your YouTube or Vimeo video into the "Video link" field. You can add a description to it if you want. Then click on "Save".

4. You'll see the confirmation message 

   
   

Note that by adding videos to your profile you are helping your company get even more visibility since having a complete profile is one of the criteria you can work on to improve your company's credibility.
