Timeline Stages
Business created
Once the request is published, in this stage you can see who opened it and when and by clicking on check, see the details of the request
Quotes received
In this stage you will be able to evaluate all of the quotes received, the companies that quoted and the total cost. By clicking on see details, you can see the complete details of the quote and attachments if any. There you’ll also have the option to chat with the agent and also visit their profile.
ACTION NEEDED: This stage requires action from your end. Once you have received satisfactory quotes or when the due date expires, you have to make a selection of one of the quotes received. You just have to select the chosen one and click on submit to confirm, at this time a feedback on the reason why you selected it will be asked so all of the agents that quoted you can learn why they won or lost this opportunity.
In case none of the quotes meet your expectations or in case something else happens and you cannot select one of the quotes, you will click on Cancel and provide the reason why you are canceling it.
Quote selected
Once you select a quote from the list, it will show you the agent from the quote selected along with the date of the selection and the reason why you chose this quote, and by clicking on check the quote will be easily accessible.
Final feedback
This stage will be awaiting the final feedback from your client confirming the positive or negative decision from them in order to finalize the quoting process.
ACTION NEEDED: Once you get the final feedback from your client, you must select positive and submit in order to inform the agent selected that the business was won, or select negative and click on submit to inform the agent that it’s been declined. In case of negative feedback, you will also be asked for the reason in order to let the other agent know what could possibly have happened.
Won
Your client has given the positive feedback and you and the selected agent have won this business and are moving forward to the operation. The contact details of the selected agent will be displayed for easy reference to proceed with formalizing this business by the contact mean of your preference.
Lost
Your client has given the negative feedback and both you and the agent selected have lost this business. It will also display the reason you indicated this business has been lost for.
Canceled
Throughout the quoting process, it can happen that the business is canceled at some point and for several different reasons, so if you need to cancel the request at any point, this option will be available during the initial stages and a feedback will asked on the reason why you are canceling it so the agents involved with your request can be informed of it.
*In case you don’t take the necessary actions within the proposed deadline, your requests get automatically canceled and the agents involved will see that the reason for canceling reason is action overdue.
