How can I contact the forwarders I find in Parnity?

There are two ways you can contact the companies: Getting their contact information or contacting them directly through Parnity. Let's explain them separately so you can understand all of your options.

Getting the contact's information

1. Enter on the member profile

2. In the Contacts section choose the person you want to contact, and click on their email address to copy it

3. Now you just need to paste the email address in your own email and send it to them

4. Some people may also have alternative contact means, such as phone number, Skype, WhatsApp, etc.

   
   

Contacting directly through Parnity

1. You can start a chat through the search results if the person is online by clicking on them or you access the member profile to send a message to the person you want to talk to

2. In the Contacts section you will see the button "Chat Now". When you click on it you will be able to send a chat message to the forwarder and if the forwarder is online you can talk in real-time to establish a new partnership.
