MyPartners is a tool designed to allow you, freight forwarder, to run your own network of global partners, this tool was made to enable the management of all your partnerships in one single place. Register all the information about each partnership in a simple and consolidated way and create a personal ranking of partners by country, based on your own criteria and share this information in a totally safe way only with your team.
What can I do in MyPartners?
Add all your partners' information
The first thing you need to do to start using MyPartners is add your partners' information. There are three ways you can do that:
By uploading a list with all your partners at once;
By adding partners from Parnity's database;
By adding one partner information at a time.

See your partners sorted by country
Once you finish importing your partners, you will be able to see all of them in one place - “MyPartners List”, and using the filter on the countries list you can find all your partners divided by country. Clicking on “View” you will be able to see all the partners you have in that specific country.
See each partnership overview
In the Partnership Overview, you have access to all information that you or anyone in your team has already registered about that partner, more details about the company and your partnership.
Have your partners ranked by country and share it with your team
To use the maximum power of your MyPartners, go to “MyPartners by Country”, choose a country, click on “View” and start ranking your partners in that country to organize your quotation process. After having your partners ranked in each country, share your ranking list with your team by clicking on “Share with my team”.
