A unique number generated by the system to identify the business and be the reference to the agent that requested and you that quoted

Timeline Stages

Business created

Here you can see the person and company that requested the quote and when. Clicking on "check" you see the details of the request and are able to chat with the request owner and access the company profile.

Business Assigned 

Once you assign the business to yourself or someone from your company assignes it to themselves, it will be visible to your entire team who is assigned to it and when it was assigned. This will help your team be aligned and informed on which businesses are already being worked on and by whom, saving time of the team to focus on what has to be done, avoiding miscommunication and duplicated quotes. 

*In case the quote is sent immediatly before being assigned, the assignment is done automaticaly to the person that quoted the request.

Quote sent

This stage will show when the quote was submitted, and by clicking on check you can see the all the details: quote id, who quoted and when, total price and quote details.

Quote selected

Once you submit the quote, it will be on this stage pending as "Awaiting" and you will know once the quote is visualised as it will change from "Quote not viewed by the agent yet" to "Quote viewed and currently under agent analysis". 

If your quote is selected by the request owner, this stage will be concluded and you will see when the selection was made and the reason why your quote was selected.

If your quote is not selected, you will see it as "Declined" with the date of the feedback and the reason for decline. In this scenario, the business is concluded and its status turns into "Lost"

Final feedback

If your quote is selected by the request owner, the business will jump on to this stage, where it will only be pending the final feedback from their client in order to confirm the moving of this shipment between the two of you.

Won

The request owner's client has given the positive feedback and the both of you have won this business and are moving forward to the operation. The contact details of the request owner will be displayed for easy reference to proceed with formalizing this business by the contact mean of your preference.

Lost

This means that you have lost the business either in the stage "Quote selected" or "Final feedback". The reason for the lost business will always be indicated for your knowleage.
