How to report an issue on a request?

Parnity’s Business Hub is a space for forwarders members to exchange business, by adding their requests and sending quotes. 

 

Our goal is that all the requests have the most complete information as possible, however, we know that sometimes mistakes can be made. 


Reporting an issue on a request 

If you are about to quote a request on Parnity’s Business Hub, and you note that there is an information missing or wrong, you can let us know so we can help you out. To do so follow these steps:

 

1 - Click on “Check” on the request you want to quote.

2 - Below the "Send quote" button you will find “Report Issue”, click on it. 

3 - Inside “Report Issue”, write down what you see wrong in the request or the information that is missing, be as more specific as you can. 

4 - Click on “Send” to send us your report.

 

After you have reported the issue, our team will get in touch with the request owner, and as soon as the mistake has been fixed we will let you know.
